1. Create a Project
From the Dashboard, click '+ New Project'. Give your app a name and describe what it does in plain English. The AI will interpret your intent and scaffold the full project.

2. Chat with Agents
The Product Manager agent will generate requirements, personas, and a feature list. Review and refine by chatting back. Each agent handles a different phase of development.

3. Preview & Iterate
Watch your app render in real-time in the phone preview. Click any agent in the sidebar to modify screens, logic, or styling. Changes apply instantly.

4. Export or Publish
Hit Export to download a complete Expo project (App.tsx, package.json, etc.). Run 'npx expo start' to launch on your device, or use Publish to build binaries for the App Store.
